The plant operates on a food quality and safety system. Fully licensed by EFET and the Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Rural Development and Foods we use strictly and exclusively domestic and local raw materials.
A Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points System – HACCP has been developed and implemented, according to ISO 22000: 2005 and in conformity with the Codex Alimentarius (FAO / WHO FOOD STANDARDS PRODUCT), described in the relevant HACCP Manual, while complying with the requirements of standards FSSC 22000 and PAS220.
The plant also has:
(a) ISO 22000 and ISO FSSC 22000 for the production and packaging of Feta Cheese, Goat Cheese, White brine Cheeses, Hard and Semi-Hard Cheeses and Cheese spread.
