A food quality and safety system is in place in the factory. It is fully licensed by EFET and the Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Rural Development and Foods and uses strictly and exclusively domestic and local raw materials.

It has developed and implements Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points System – HACCP, according to ISO 22000: 2005 and in conformity with the Codex Alimentarius (FAO / WHO FOOD STANDARDS PRODUCT), described in the relevant HACCP Manual, while complying with the requirements of standards FSSC 22000 and PAS220.

It also has:

(a) ISO 22000 and ISO FSSC 22000 for the production and packaging of Feta Cheese, Goat Cheese, White brine Cheeses, Hard and Semi-Hard Cheeses and Cheese spread.

(b) a certificate from Agrocert for the production of Feta P.D.O.
