COOPERATION OF AMFIGAL WITH PIVT “DAIRY AND CHEESE-MAKING» IN AMFILOXIA

A very important cooperation was announced by AMFIGAL with the PIVT “Dairy and Cheese-making” and in particular for the students of the “cheese-making” specialty, that has just begun to operate in Amfilochia.

In an area famous for its unique cheese products, and which has the potential to become a major training center in dairy and in cheese-making, AMFIGAL is pioneering and assisting in this initiative, having as a final goal not only educating the youth but also of highlighting local dairy products.

Students will have the opportunity to train in operational working conditions and gain unique experience during their studies. All the laboratories of the principal courses will take place in the premises of the factory by specialized personnel with many years of experience.

This initiative has been embraced by all factory workers.
